I attribute my success to a combination of patience, precision, and persistence—cultivated over more than thirty years in print production—along with a commitment to continuous learning and seeing every project through from concept to completion. My education and hands-on experience taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of leading with both creativity and attention to detail.

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from mentors who challenged me and believed in my potential, teaching me to trust my expertise, embrace responsibility, and always strive for excellence in every project.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace perseverance, stay curious, and commit to continuous learning—success comes from showing up consistently, refining your skills, and adapting to an ever-changing landscape.
