Joy Hallare is a California-based illustrator, graphic designer, and educator with a passion for creative storytelling and meaningful connection. Currently based in Milpitas, California, Joy balances her work as an instructor during the day with freelance artistry and speaking engagements on the side. Known for her artsy, friendly, and kind-hearted approach, she brings warmth and authenticity to both her teaching and creative practice, striving to connect with others not only through networking but through the heart and style of her work.

With over a decade of experience in illustration and graphic design, Joy specializes in building and expanding brands through strong relationships, clear communication, and strategic marketing. She translates ideas and concepts into compelling visual narratives that support successful print and digital campaigns. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, she has spent 3–5 years delivering high-quality design solutions across brand identity, web design, animation, and marketing promotions through her studio, Jomaire Studio.

In addition to her design career, Joy is deeply involved in education and mentorship. She works as a substitute teacher, communication coach, tutor, and freelance art teacher, supporting students in subjects ranging from foundational academics to public speaking and creative expression.
