Juanita Allen, CSM
Juanita Allen, CSM (she/her), is a Senior Program Manager of Operations at QXO, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. With an extensive background in human resources, HR technology, and operations, Juanita brings decades of cross-functional experience spanning talent acquisition, HRIS and ATS systems, compliance, compensation, onboarding, health and welfare, and workforce regulations. Her career reflects a rare blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and multiple professional certifications, including Designated Employer Representative (DER).
Throughout her career, Juanita has held impactful roles at major organizations such as Keurig Dr Pepper, Toyota North America, Halliburton, and Air Liquide, where she led complex HR operations, system implementations, analytics, and process improvements. Known as an “outside-the-box” thinker, she consistently drives innovation while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Her expertise in Workday, HR analytics, and program management enables her to assess organizational needs quickly and deliver scalable, results-driven solutions.
Equally recognized for her leadership style, Juanita is a passionate mentor and collaborator who brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every team she joins. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the hard work I’ve put in throughout my career, balancing raising four children while going back to school to earn my bachelor’s degree in business management. I love my role as Senior Program Manager, where I get to manage projects and make a positive impact on the people I work with.
