About Juanita
Juanita Jones began her current role in mail order pharmacy for Medicare patients in 2011. She handles between 75 and 100 calls each day, assisting patients with order status inquiries, medication shipments, prescription refills, and prior authorization processes for Express Scripts. Certified in medical records, she earned her master's degree in 2025 and is now in her second year of graduate school working toward a doctorate. Looking ahead, she plans to transition into healthcare management within the next five years.
