About Judi
Judi Little brings more than three decades of sales expertise to her current position as sales representative for the print shop division at Doceo Business Services. She began her career over 30 years ago as a receptionist that evolved into inside sales and then outside sales roles focused on office supplies, furniture, janitorial products, and break room supplies. Part of that work included selling outsourced printing and promotional products. In her current role, which she began last September, Little concentrates solely on growing the business in mailing services and outsourced printing. She holds a high school diploma along with some college coursework and has completed specialized training as a HubSpot trainer as well as programs from Winnie Airy sales training, Dale Carnegie, and Salesforce. Little takes pride in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, exemplified by a 26-year partnership with one customer that grew from basic office supplies to comprehensive contract services including furniture and janitorial products for major projects.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't get discouraged as you're definitely going to hear no more than yes in sales. It's a hard job but one that you learn to love because you get to interact with so many people. Force yourself to be comfortable talking to new people and put yourself out there through networking. Test yourself in daily situations like talking to people in line at the grocery store. Waitress experience is valuable as it forces you to deal with all kinds of people and gives a whole new life view.
