01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
A supervisor told me 'you're never gonna make it, kid' when I first started, which I took as motivation to prove him wrong and show what I can do.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't let gender roles play a part in how you run the business. I'm in there as a leader. I don't look at someone as female or male. I'm here to do a role and I have a position in this role, so let me get it done. Gender is not one of the roadblocks.
