Her Story

About Judith

Since 2013, I have devoted my work to helping people stop abandoning themselves in love, in leadership, and in life.

As an Unconditional Love Coach, writer, speaker, and Self-Love expert, my work centers on one essential truth: the relationship you have with yourself shapes everything. When you heal that relationship, you begin to change the way you live, lead, and Love.

Although my title is Unconditional Love Coach, my work is not about teaching people how to find love outside themselves. It is about helping them transform the relationship they have within themselves. I support people in breaking old patterns, shifting the beliefs that keep them stuck, and reconnecting with their worth, truth, and inner peace.

Over the years, my business has naturally evolved toward Self-Love, personal transformation, and deep inner work. I work with clients in both English and Spanish, primarily in English, and I care deeply about making this work accessible. That is why I also offer free events for those who may not be able to afford private sessions, because I believe everyone deserves access to healing, guidance, and Love.

I am also about to publish a book based on a collection of articles and blog posts I have written over the past ten years.

Beyond my individual work, I created Love, Love, and Love Organization with the vision of spreading more Love in the world through good news channels, a podcast, events that celebrate the many ways Love can be lived and expressed, from kindness and presence to joy, connection, and many others. In the next five years, I hope to grow this organization into its next form, as a foundation or nonprofit.

I am here to do: helping people come back to themselves and build lives guided by Love.

01What do you attribute your success to?

What I attribute my success to most is integrity. From the beginning, one of the things I have heard again and again from my clients is that I walk the talk. I do not ask people to go somewhere inside themselves that I am unwilling to go myself.

I also deeply trust that my clients already carry the answers within them. My role is not to impose truth on them, but to help create the space where that truth can emerge. I see myself as an instrument in that process.

The same is true when I channel the Akashic Records. I am very aware that I am there to serve what wants to come through, not to make myself the center of it. That understanding keeps me both grounded and humble. It reminds me that this work is sacred, and that I have a responsibility to approach it with care, clarity, and respect.

At the same time, being an instrument does not mean disappearing. It means doing my own inner work, taking care of myself, and showing up with the highest level of presence and professionalism I can. So for me, success comes from living in that balance: being strong enough to hold the work well, and humble enough to remember that it is not about me.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say: do not become so attached to your original idea that you miss the deeper work you are actually here to do.

When we begin, we often think we know exactly what our path will look like, what our niche will be, or how our work will unfold. But sometimes the business has its own wisdom. Sometimes life reveals a message that is deeper and more needed than the one we thought we were going to deliver.

That was true for me. At one point, I thought my work would center more around helping women find Love. But over time, I realized that the deeper truth was this: many people are not struggling to find Love because love is absent. They are struggling because they have abandoned themselves. That changed everything. It shifted the focus of my work from finding Love outside of yourself to restoring the relationship you have with yourself.

My advice is to stay open enough to let your work evolve. Listen to your inner wisdom. Listen to life. Listen to what keeps calling you back. Very often, your real path is not the one you planned. It is the one that keeps revealing itself.

I would also say: learn how to live with uncertainty. You will not always know how things are going to happen. You will not always have control. But that does not mean you are lost. Sometimes it means you are being guided toward something better than what you could have designed on your own.

So trust the path. Stay honest. Keep doing your inner work. Let the business become what it is meant to become, not just what you first imagined it should be.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, Love, truth, compassion, and growth.

Integrity is at the center of everything. I need to feel that what I say, what I do, and how I live are in alignment. I believe people can feel when someone is genuine, and for me it is very important to walk the talk.

Love is also a foundational value for me, not as a vague idea, but as a real way of living, choosing, and relating. It shapes how I work with others, how I lead, and how I move through life. I believe Love has the power to heal, connect, and transform.

Truth matters deeply to me as well. I value honesty, self-awareness, and the courage to see things as they are. Real change can only happen when we are willing to face ourselves with openness and sincerity.

Compassion is another essential value. I believe in meeting people with kindness and understanding, while also helping them take responsibility for their lives and their healing.

And finally, growth is very important to me. I believe life is always inviting us to learn, evolve, and become more of who we truly are. That is true in my work, in my relationships, and in the way I live.
