About Judith
Judith Kodibagkar brings approximately 20 to 25 years of experience to her work in financial services contact center technology and mortgage servicing. She started in call center operations and technical support at Alliance Data, where interactions with IT teams in areas such as cybersecurity and data analysis inspired her move into behind-the-scenes roles focused on technology integration, software engineering, product development, omnichannel operations, and digital transformation. Her educational background centers on data science, with training from MIT and the University of Texas at Austin, supplemented by AI and generative AI coursework through Johns Hopkins University. She also completes enterprise-specific training on tools including Avaya, Genesis, Five9, Salesforce, AWS Connect, and Snowflake. In her role, she manages software engineers, DevOps, and execution teams across multiple time zones in the US, Mexico City, the Philippines, and India while leading her own company. She emphasizes adaptability to technological change and draws on mentors who taught her the value of challenging herself and leading teams with empathy.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Find a solution, and don't say no to new challenges. Take the opportunity, challenge yourselves. If you have a good work ethic, and if you have discipline, you can accomplish it. Raise your hand, you can do it, and challenge yourself.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be adaptable to change. Technology will change... be open-minded and be adaptable... Adapt to change. Be open-minded to it.
