Ten minutes with Judith

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my mom. She pushed me into this area from when I was a small child. When my grandma was sick, I was there helping her, and she saw that kind of person in me. I was destined to be a person to help other people.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've received is to continue with what I'm doing if I want to move forward with what I want for myself.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to them is just continue on their journey. At times it might seem like you're not gonna be able to accomplish what you want, but you can't give up halfway. You have to just keep going, and you will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the challenges I see in owning your own business is getting it running where you're able to profit from it. If you don't know the right people to connect with, that can be challenging.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The first value is to value people, what they stand for. The people is what makes me be who I am. I love taking care of people and their well-being.
