About Judith

Judith McCabe serves as a Lead Business Partner with a startup in San Francisco, California. With 6 years of experience in human resources following a 16-year career in property management and sales, she transitioned into the field during the COVID pandemic. McCabe joined the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and began performing contract work for various organizations, including startups and established companies.

In her current role, McCabe focuses on employee relations, recruiting, hiring for different positions, preparing offer letters, and managing onboarding processes to ensure positive experiences for employees and candidates. One of her notable achievements includes hiring 60 legal professional roles for a startup company within a span of 4 months. She holds an undergraduate degree from Cal State Northridge and maintains a real estate license.

Beyond her professional work, McCabe is actively involved in her community. She volunteers with Autism Speaks, motivated by her nephew's diagnosis, as well as at a women's homeless shelter. She also mentors young women and single parents, assisting with resumes and interview preparation. As a single mother of two children, McCabe attributes her success to her desire to inspire her family and draws strength from all her life experiences.
