Ten minutes with Judith
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't sell yourself short. Keep focused on what you're doing and why you're doing it. I always was of the mindset that regardless of how bad of a day I'm having, I'm doing this for God, and somehow, some way, I get through it.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being a patient advocate is one of the things that probably matters the most to me. I strongly believe that nursing, a very big part of nursing is advocating for your patients. I've always been called to nursing, to helping people. Nobody should have to die alone.
