Judith Pinzon
As the Owner of Pinzon Professional Services, I provide reliable document preparation and mobile notary services across Central Florida, with a strong focus on supporting families and individuals navigating family and immigration matters. My work is grounded in making legal support more accessible, understandable, and trustworthy for the communities I serve while I pursue my law degree pathway.
Alongside this, I serve as Co-Founder and Compliance Director of Soul Sisters WEG Corp, where I help lead initiatives that empower women through mental health advocacy, rights awareness, and meaningful community outreach. Through this work, I’ve organized and led impactful events, from fundraisers to art exhibitions and self-defense workshops, creating safe spaces for growth, education, and connection.
Everything I build reflects who I am today: a purpose-driven entrepreneur, a community advocate, and a leader committed to integrity and impact. My experience has shaped my strengths in compliance, legal administration, team leadership, and relationship-building, but more importantly, it has reinforced my mission to serve others with excellence, intention, and heart.

What do you attribute your success to?
My success is rooted in the resilience and grit I’ve cultivated over the years. These qualities shaped through challenges, growth, and an unwavering commitment to keep moving forward. At every stage of my journey, I’ve pushed myself beyond what felt comfortable or even possible, driven by a deeper purpose: my children. They are the reason I refuse to settle, the reason I rise even on the hardest days. I strive to be more than just a provider for them, I aim to be a living example of perseverance, strength, and faith. I want them to see that life will bring hard obstacles, but those moments do not define us; how we respond to them does. Through every season, whether in struggle or in success, I hold onto gratitude, giving thanks to God for both the lessons and the blessings. Because true success, to me, isn’t just about achievement, it’s about the character built along the way and the legacy of strength and faith I leave for my children.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I can give is simple, but not always easy: always bet on yourself. You are far more capable than the limits your mind tries to place on you, and far more worthy than any doubt or outside voice would have you believe. There will be moments when fear, comparison, or setbacks try to convince you to play small, but that’s exactly when you have to lean in and trust yourself the most. Root for yourself, even when no one else does. Speak life over your goals, take the risks that stretch you, and keep showing up with intention. When you truly believe in your own power, it changes how you move, how you make decisions, and how others see you. Confidence built from within becomes your foundation. And in doing so, you not only elevate your own path, you give others permission to believe in themselves too.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to those entering my field is this: believe deeply in what you advocate for. In the field of law, especially when you are standing for women and the Latino community, your words carry weight. They are not just arguments; they are reflections of truth, lived experience, and the change you are fighting to create. If you don’t believe in what you’re saying, it will be hard to move others to believe in it too. Conviction is what gives your voice power. It’s what allows you to stand firm in rooms where you may be underestimated, and still speak with clarity and purpose. People can feel authenticity, and when you combine that with preparation and passion, it becomes undeniable.
Women are no longer in the background, we are leading, building, and reshaping what the future looks like. Every step you take creates a path for someone else to follow. You are not just participating in your field; you are helping rewrite its story. And in that process, don’t shrink yourself or dim your light. Your voice, your work, and your name all deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity lies in finding the right people. Those who share your ambition, your vision, and your drive. Surround yourself with individuals who believe in entrepreneurship, who understand their self-worth, and who value the power of networking and referrals. The connections you build can open doors that no degree alone ever could. Relationships, when nurtured with intention and integrity, can create opportunities that last a lifetime.
At the same time, one of the greatest challenges is establishing credibility and truly being prepared. It’s not enough to have passion, you need to have your foundation in place. That means ensuring you are backed by the right education, proper licensing, real knowledge, and hands-on experience. When you step into a room or stand firm on your mission, you should be able to do so with confidence, knowing you’ve done the work.
Success comes from the balance of both: strong, aligned relationships and undeniable credibility. When you combine who you know with what you know, and you stay consistent in both, you position yourself for lasting impact and growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith, resilience, and authenticity are the core values that guide both my life and my work. I believe that trusting in God, especially in your toughest moments, builds a foundation that nothing else can shake. It’s in those challenging seasons that your strength is refined, your character is developed, and your purpose becomes clearer.
Resilience allows you to keep going when things don’t unfold the way you expected. It teaches you to rise, adapt, and push forward with determination. And authenticity ensures that no matter where life takes you, you remain true to who you are, grounded in your values, your voice, and your mission.
When you lead with faith, stay rooted in resilience, and show up authentically, you create space for real growth. And in that alignment, you begin to see how God can transform both your personal life and your work in ways that are not only successful, but deeply meaningful.
