I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for helping fast-growing companies build high-performing teams. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Fullpath, I lead full-cycle recruiting across SaaS, sales, and go-to-market roles, partnering closely with leadership to design scalable hiring strategies that support business growth.

My experience spans organizations such as Gong and Jarvis Elliott, where I recruited top talent in competitive markets, improved hiring processes, and strengthened employer branding. Earlier in my career, I also gained valuable operational and HR experience at Hannover Re, which shaped my people-first approach to recruiting.

With a background in Clinical Psychology from University of Central Florida and honors studies at Miami Dade College Honors College, I bring behavioral insight, strong communication skills, and data-driven decision-making into every hiring strategy.
