Throughout her career, she has become known for her proactive approach, process improvement expertise, and ability to build trusted relationships with executive teams. Bingenheimer believes success comes from perseverance, curiosity, and having the courage to step outside one's comfort zone, encouraging others to "do it scared" while continuing to learn and evolve. Passionate about elevating the administrative profession, Bingenheimer founded the Midwest Admin Connection (MAC), a growing professional network that provides executive assistants and administrative professionals throughout the Milwaukee area with a supportive community for networking, mentorship, and professional development. Through MAC, she has created a space where administrative professionals can share knowledge, encourage one another, and gain recognition for the critical role they play within their organizations. Guided by the values of honesty, transparency, authenticity, and respect, Bingenheimer is dedicated to empowering others, fostering meaningful connections, and demonstrating that leadership is defined not by title, but by the positive impact made on those around you.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Judy
01What do you attribute your success to?
Never giving up, never backing down, and always working hard. Hard work and putting yourself out there.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
"Skills we can teach; what you have cannot be taught." That feedback from my first corporate admin interview gave me the fuel and reminded me that I am capable, to never sell myself short, and to always remain curious and open-minded.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do it scared. If you are comfortable in where you're at, if you are not even a little bit scared, you are comfortable, and you are not progressing. Do it scared, and do it anyway, because you can.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges: overcoming old-school mindsets that view the role as 'just an assistant'. Opportunities: the sky is the limit, we have a voice and a seat at the table now.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and transparency. Being an open book, treating people with authenticity, respect, warmth, and being there for others as a guide and support.
