01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, dedication, and a commitment to giving my best in everything I do. Consistent effort and perseverance have helped me achieve my goals and grow both personally and professionally.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the best pieces of career advice I’ve received is: “You’ll never regret making the decision, but you’ll always regret waiting.” It has stayed with me throughout my career, especially in people management, and reminds me to approach difficult decisions with confidence rather than delaying action.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay true to who you are and never make yourself smaller to fit in. You do not need to imitate your male counterparts to succeed. Your unique perspective, strengths, and experiences are valuable assets. Embrace what makes you different, because authenticity and confidence are often your greatest sources of strength.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest changes in my field is how people buy B2B products. Buyers increasingly want to self-educate and explore products on their own rather than rely on multiple sales conversations. This creates a major opportunity for demo automation and interactive product experiences that help customers discover value in the way that works best for them.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Connection is at the center of everything for me. Connecting with other people, whether it's other moms at daycare, other marketing leaders, or the sales team that I work with - being able to connect with people is the reason we do everything, I think. I'm also a big believer in ownership and accountability. We always say at Consensus, we don't hide the ball, and I embody that almost to a fault. I will always tell you like it is, whether that's good or bad for me. Transparency and honesty are core to who I am.
