About Judy
I am Judy McGee, a mother of five, a survivor, and a woman whose life has been shaped not by the hardships I endured, but by the strength I found in overcoming them.
Years ago, I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life. I left an abusive marriage to protect myself and my children. Walking away meant leaving behind the life I knew and stepping into an uncertain future with faith, determination, and the hope of creating something better.
I relocated my family to Charlotte, North Carolina, where we began again. Starting over was not easy. I faced financial struggles, emotional healing, and the challenge of raising five children while rebuilding our lives from the ground up. There were many days when giving up would have seemed easier, but I refused to let my circumstances define my future or my children’s future.
Every obstacle became an opportunity to grow stronger. I worked hard, continued learning, built a career, and focused on creating a safe and stable home. Through perseverance, faith, and resilience, I transformed one of the darkest chapters of my life into a foundation for hope.
My journey has taught me that true strength is often quiet. It is found in choosing peace over fear, hope over despair, and courage over comfort. It is found in showing up every day for the people who depend on you, even when the path ahead is uncertain.
Today, I use my experiences to encourage others who may be facing difficult circumstances. I want women to know that no matter where they are in their journey, they are stronger than they realize. Healing is possible. New beginnings are possible. A life filled with peace, purpose, and joy is possible.
Being an influential woman is not about fame or recognition. It is about making the choice to rise after every fall, to lead with compassion, and to inspire others through authenticity and perseverance. My greatest achievement is not simply surviving—it’s building a life defined by courage, resilience, and hope for my children, my family, and the generations that follow.
My story is living proof that our past does not determine our future. We all have the power to rewrite our story, and I am proud to say that mine is still being written.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my faith, determination, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. Throughout my career, I've stayed grounded by serving people with compassion, integrity, and resilience, which has carried me through every challenge I've faced.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
If I could pass along one lesson to other women, it would be this: trust your voice, invest in yourself, and do not be afraid to take the next step. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Sometimes the best career advice is the reminder that your future is built one brave decision at a time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I truly believe there is no limit to what women can achieve when they commit themselves to their goals with determination and focus. My advice to young women entering this field is to trust in their abilities, stay disciplined, and never doubt the impact they can make.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are compassion, integrity, resilience, faith, and determination, all rooted in a genuine commitment to helping others.
