Judy Murtha

Senior banking executive with more than two decades of leadership experience, including 24 years at Dollar Bank, where they served as Executive Vice President and led high-impact initiatives in operations, risk, and client-focused banking services. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President at PA Capital Bank and enterprise/private-label work at Mellon Bank, building deep expertise across financial services and stakeholder communication. Now retired, they continue to contribute through board service with The National Flag Foundation, supporting its mission and engagement efforts connected to the organization’s Pittsburgh visitor center. Education includes a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Banking School certificate from Bucknell University.
