About Julia

I am an e-commerce and sales leader with a background in manufacturing, digital strategy, and customer engagement. I currently serve as Ecommerce Manager at MW Components, a role I have held since April 2025, where I lead e-commerce strategy and digital initiatives across multiple manufacturing divisions, focused on driving online revenue growth and customer self-service adoption. In this position, I drive online adoption through self-service programs that increase customer engagement and digital order conversion, manage product data strategy within Akeneo PIM to improve SEO performance and data accuracy, oversee a digital ecosystem including Craft CMS, Algolia search, HubSpot, and ERP integrations, enhance customer experience by enabling online quoting, ordering, tracking, and account management capabilities, develop internal training resources and promotional initiatives to support sales teams, partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and operations, and identify process improvements to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency.

I have been with MW Components for nearly eight years, previously serving as Senior Sales Supervisor for over six years, where I led sales operations and customer engagement, supervised sales team activities, managed customer relationships, supported quoting and estimating processes, coordinated with production and accounting teams, and played a key role in transitioning customers from manual processes toward more efficient and scalable workflows.

Before joining MW Components, I served as Customer Service Representative at Maudlin Products, providing customer support and estimating services, managing customer inquiries and order processing, assisting with quoting and estimating, and coordinating with sales and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. I also worked as a Sales Specialist at Rowe Equipment Inc, where I focused on sales and customer service.

I hold a Master's degree in Digital Technology from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from Western Governors University. Across my career in e-commerce, sales, and customer service, my work has been driven by a commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and leveraging technology to create more efficient and scalable business processes. Whether I am leading digital strategy, managing sales operations, or supporting customers, I bring a collaborative and results-oriented approach to everything I do.
