01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my father and my mother. They brought me here to this country for a better life and instilled values of hard work and being outstanding citizens. I've also had mentors who taught me business skills.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Persevere in what you want to do, don't let yourself make excuses, make a plan for yourself, always have your goals in mind, and stay focused. Don't let little things get in the way or deviate you from your goals.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, trust, family, dedication, loyalty, and valuing the people around you. I want to give 100% wherever I'm at and value everybody I meet.
