01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The industry is very hard and male-dominated, but community is so important. Include other women, take others under your wing, don't feel shy about talking about what it's like for women, and just do it without waiting for permission. Finding women in your community is a big thing for other creators, and making what you love.
