My advice to young women entering this industry is not to get discouraged. Success takes time, perseverance, and consistent effort. Stay committed, keep learning, and trust that your hard work will pay off.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is ensuring that all shifts are properly covered. This can be especially difficult when an employee is unable to come in, requiring flexibility, quick problem-solving, and strong team coordination. At the same time, it presents an opportunity to strengthen scheduling systems and build a resilient, supportive team culture.
