Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of discipline, determination, and the unwavering support of my family. My parents instilled in me a sense of resilience, while my brother has always been an inspiring example of persistence and ambition. Their guidance and encouragement have been instrumental in shaping both my personal and professional growth.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received comes from my family, who have been my greatest influence. From an early age, my parents and brother encouraged me to be relentless, confident, and fully committed to my goals. Their guidance has shaped the way I approach challenges and pursue success in both my personal and professional life.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace challenges rather than fear them and to remain confident in your abilities. Trust yourself, take initiative early, and don’t wait for permission to pursue leadership or entrepreneurial opportunities. Be courageous, take risks even in the face of obstacles or gender-based roadblocks, and let setbacks fuel your determination to pursue your goals even more fiercely.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is balancing education, entrepreneurship, and long-term growth, particularly early in one’s career. At the same time, I see tremendous opportunities in agency work, research-driven consulting, and building scalable service-based businesses. Navigating these challenges while seizing these opportunities has been both demanding and deeply rewarding.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are perseverance, integrity, accountability, and growth. I strive to approach challenges head-on and view obstacles as opportunities to learn and succeed. Outside of work, I cherish time spent with friends and family and am a proud dog mom. I also enjoy personal development and building meaningful relationships as I navigate the journey of early entrepreneurship.
