Julianna Blaylock is a hospitality and community engagement leader specializing in creating meaningful member experiences, building strong communities, and developing cultures of connection. Julianna currently serves as a Member Experience Leader at Invited, supporting Tower Club Tysons in designing elevated experiences that strengthen member relationships, engagement, and retention. As a representative on Invited’s Member Experience Executive Council, she contributes strategic insights focused on shaping the future of modern private clubs and creating more dynamic, relationship-driven communities.
Julianna’s career in hospitality began at a young age, providing her with early experience in customer service, relationship-building, and leadership. Throughout her career, she has combined hospitality expertise with nonprofit and community-focused work, including roles with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and HomeAid National Capital Region, where she supported outreach, events, partnerships, and initiatives that created meaningful community impact. Her diverse background enables her to blend event strategy, brand development, and engagement efforts to create experiences that bring people together.
Julianna is passionate about fostering connection, mentorship, and service through her work. She believes successful hospitality brands are built on authentic relationships and a strong sense of belonging. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to starting in the hospitality industry at a young age, which helped me overcome shyness and develop strong communication skills. My ability to connect with people, build relationships, and create meaningful conversations has opened many doors throughout my career, especially in leadership roles.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to believe in themselves, be confident in their abilities, and never hesitate to ask questions. No matter where you are in your career, there is always an opportunity to learn, grow, and gain insights from those around you.
