01What do you attribute your success to?
"I attribute my success to resilience, a willingness to learn, and leading with genuine care for people. Every role I've held has taught me something valuable, whether it was about leadership, business, or myself. I've never viewed setbacks as failures—they've been opportunities to grow stronger and become a better leader. I also believe success isn't something you achieve alone. I've been fortunate to have incredible mentors throughout my career, and they've inspired me to invest in others the same way they invested in me."

"Know your worth!"
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
“Never underestimate yourself” and “trust the process,” even when things feel uncertain. Don’t allow your past to define your future—learn from your experiences and use them as stepping stones for growth. “Mistakes will happen,” but they are not setbacks; they are lessons that shape you into a stronger version of yourself.
Things won’t always go perfectly, and that’s okay. Growth comes from learning, adapting, and continuing to challenge yourself even when it feels uncomfortable. One of the most important things I’ve learned is to stop searching for a single purpose or calling. Your life isn’t defined by just one path—you will serve many purposes throughout your lifetime.
