Julianna Pearl Stein

Julianna Stein has nearly 10 years of experience in the medical industry focused on women's fertility and reproductive health. She began her journey from a young age with curiosity sparked by public education classes and continued exploring these topics through community college and an undergraduate degree in anthropology, often through an anthropology lens on sexual and relational health. Stein has been a certified doula for over 5 years, a path that started during an internship at a women's health center in San Francisco while studying reproductive endocrinology. Although she no longer attends births, her practice emphasizes educating and empowering women to advocate for themselves regarding their bodies and choices, informed by her own experiences with hormonal birth control. She attributes her success to her belief in God along with support from her husband, family, friends, and mentors.
