Julianne Cantu

She is a seasoned property management and operations leader with over a decade of experience in student housing, multifamily, and financial services, specializing in operations management, leasing and marketing strategy, and financial oversight. Currently serving as General Manager at Core Spaces, she oversees all aspects of property operations, annual budgeting, and team leadership for a premier student housing community. Prior to this role, she served as General Manager at Campus Advantage, where she led operations and leasing strategy. Her career includes roles at Cardinal Group Management as Area Operations Manager, Area Leasing and Marketing Lead, and Operations & Leasing Manager, where she developed deep expertise in property operations, leasing strategy, and team development across multiple markets. Earlier, she spent over five years at USAA in consumer lending and mortgage specialist roles, building a strong foundation in financial services and client relationship management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sam Houston State University and an Associate's degree from San Antonio College. She is recognized as a strategic, results-driven, and people-focused leader who combines operational excellence with a commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences and building high-performing teams.
