As Director of Brand at Hot Bread Kitchen, she leads brand strategy and growth initiatives that advance organizational impact and mission-driven storytelling.

Her entrepreneurial background includes founding SociallyKnit, a community-focused platform designed to foster authentic local connections through shared interests and experiences. She also founded and grew TheGastroNerd™, a trademarked culinary education and consulting brand, where she advised food and consumer product companies on brand development, product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and consumer engagement.

Previously, she held brand and innovation leadership roles with Icelandic Provisions and Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, helping launch products, strengthen market positioning, and drive business growth.
