What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining a positive attitude. Approaching challenges with optimism and resilience allows me to stay focused on solutions, adapt to change, and build strong, collaborative relationships.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my father: not everybody likes money. He meant that not everyone will agree with you or appreciate your decisions, and that’s okay. Staying true to your values, doing the right thing, and not taking differences personally are far more important than trying to please everyone.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stop focusing on the qualities you think you lack and start recognizing the strengths you already possess. Confidence grows when you acknowledge your abilities, leverage your unique perspective, and trust that your skills and experiences bring real value to the table.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Being the only female producer in my company is challenging at times, as it can feel isolating and requires me to consistently prove my voice and expertise. At the same time, it’s an opportunity to influence culture, bring new perspectives, and help pave the way for greater representation.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are building meaningful relationships and community. I value meeting great people in the industry and turning those connections into an extended family grounded in trust, support, and shared respect.
