Q

What do you attribute your success to?

It’s attitude. I lived by one rule - everything I do, it’s either all in or all out, once I decided to do something, unless there is a life threatening or an absolute unavoidable situation, I won’t stop till I know for sure there is no way to achieve the goal. Then I learnt my lesson and move on with no regret.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

It’s from my father. Not everybody likes money and that’s a necessity in today’s world. So be prepared not to liked or even hated on for limited or no reason, it’s coming, and it will be more than you can ever count. If you don’t have those individuals’ numbers on your phone or communicate with them on a regular basis, they are not worth your time to be fuss over.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stop looking at what quality you don’t have, focus on the ones you have. Another tip will be taking the gender out of the equation- Just do it, don’t over think. There might be people who are more qualified than you in the beginning, but that’s the starting point. Who can get to the destination matters.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Age gap and diversity. and "being yourself", as it can feel isolating and requires me to consistently prove my voice and expertise. At the same time, it’s an opportunity to influence culture, bring new perspectives, and help pave the way for greater representation.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are building meaningful relationships and community. I value meeting great people in the industry and turning those connections into an extended family grounded in trust, support, and shared respect.
