Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the marketing/communications industry is to work hard, be persistent, and take pride in your personal brand. In a field that's constantly evolving with digital and streaming platforms, your work ethic—and having something you love, something to do, and something to look forward to—will keep you grounded and fulfilled.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

AI and AI. AI the great disrupter is providing greater opportunities for innovation and advancement more cost efficiently and effectively than ever before. Sadly, traditional media will never be the same. Live and local means something to the consumer...without the human element something is lost.
