She is the Founder and CEO of Green Growth Strategies, where she specializes in identifying partnership opportunities that deliver measurable value for all stakeholders. Throughout her career, Julie has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development, including senior positions at PLEMCo, Hydra Brands, and VIM & VIGR. Her experience spans national account management, channel partner relations, and cross-functional collaboration, as well as large-scale organizational growth strategies. She also spent 15 years with the American Red Cross, where she led donor recruitment efforts, optimized operational efficiency, and consistently exceeded performance goals. Julie’s ability to identify opportunities others may overlook and translate them into actionable growth strategies has established her as a trusted advisor and leader in her field.

Julie earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The University of Montana. A dedicated lifelong learner, she values strategic thinking, integrity, and measurable results in her professional endeavors. I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my children, who have been my biggest cheerleaders and constant source of encouragement throughout my career.

My advice to young women entering this field is to always bet on yourself. Trust in your strength, knowledge, and the unique perspective you bring to the table—your confidence will carry you far.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

While challenges are always present, one of the greatest opportunities in my field is the ability to help others grow and succeed through meaningful partnerships. Networking and building authentic connections remain key drivers of growth and impact.
