Julie Fathbruckner

I am an account management and recruiting professional with over two decades of experience in business development, talent acquisition, and client relationship management, currently serving as Account Manager at RCO Engineering in Roseville, Michigan, a role I have held since October 2011, where I drive new business development within the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. In this role, I source and search candidate resumes, screen candidates for employment opportunities, perform reference checks, submit resumes to clients, set up interviews between customers and potential candidates, and escort candidates for interviews.

I have been with RCO Engineering for nearly twenty years, also serving as Recruiter since October 2006, where I proctor CAD tests for design candidates, maintain recruiting matrixes, prepare time sheets and expense reports for Accounts Receivable, support the sales staff with Purchase Orders and Quotes, order and maintain office supply inventory, maintain conference rooms and schedules, coordinate department luncheons, participate in special events and corporate functions, and support the ISO 9001 continuous improvement initiative while reporting directly to the CEO.

Prior to joining RCO Engineering, I served as Environmental Toxicology Lab Manager at Michigan State University for nearly two years, where I managed several independent and collaborative research projects and studies concurrently, and assisted and mentored graduate students and summer high school co-op programs.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, with a 3.86 GPA and an emphasis on Leadership and Organizational Behavior, and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Michigan State University, where I served as McDonnel Hall Community Service Co-Chair, organizing fundraisers, blood drives, and activities for residents.
