Julie Gardner

I am the Founder and Executive Director of Compassion in Action with Jules, where I have served since September 2021, mentoring trauma survivors on their healing journey and helping them move from survivor to thriver. Previously, I worked in business development leadership roles at Structor Group, HLGstudio, and Gensler in Atlanta, where I identified leads, secured fees for professional services, and created training programs for emerging business developers. Earlier, I was the Southeast Manager of Industry and Alumni Outreach at Savannah College of Art and Design, where I developed and managed employer relations across the Southeast, consistently surpassing quota by 175% over six quarters, and helped employers craft compliant internship programs. Throughout my career, I have combined entrepreneurial expertise in business development with a passion for trauma-informed care and mentoring.
