Julie Lickstein

Julie Lickstein is General Counsel of the financial technology company NMI. In this role, she leads the legal and compliance team, which currently consists of three lawyers, a paralegal, a legal operations associate, and a compliance team of three. She joined the company over three years ago and has overseen significant growth, including acquisitions and product development. Prior to NMI, she spent seven years at YipitData, primarily as a lawyer but also pivoting to a business operations and strategy role for about a year and a half. Before that, she was an Associate at Foley & Larder in the general commercial litigation practice. Julie Lickstein earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, where she majored in economics and minored in law and society, and received her law degree from NYU Law School. She is affiliated with TechGC and the Electronic Transactions Association, and was featured in Vanguard Law Magazine in May 2024.
