She is a business process outsourcing, supply chain transformation, integration services, and technology solutions leader with experience in solution architecture, client advisory, RFP responses, automation, AI, analytics, blockchain, cloud integration, financial modeling, and global delivery management. She currently serves as BPO Solution Lead for Assets and Accelerators at IBM, designing outsourcing solutions for procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning, and supplier collaboration. Her background includes IBM leadership roles across cloud, blockchain, integration services, supply chain delivery, and transition management, along with adjunct teaching and program development at the University of Colorado.
