What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that everyone experiences imposter syndrome it’s a natural sign that you care about your work and are pushing yourself to grow. Recognizing it as a normal part of professional development has helped me embrace challenges with confidence, trust my abilities, and continue striving for excellence without letting self-doubt hold me back.

My advice to young women entering the industry is that it’s never too late to switch careers or explore new paths. Embrace opportunities to learn, be adaptable, and follow your interests with confidence.
