Her Interview
Ten minutes with Julie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family and the generations who came before me, whose sacrifices, perseverance, and dedication created opportunities for me to build a better life. Their strength and resilience continue to inspire me to work hard, honor their legacy, and make the most of the opportunities they helped make possible.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to prepare for the long haul and recognize that success is not defined solely by the destination, but by the journey and the growth that takes place along the way. Be patient with yourself, remain committed to continuous learning, and embrace both the challenges and opportunities that come with building a meaningful career. Most importantly, prioritize your well-being and take care of yourself throughout the journey, because sustainable success requires both professional dedication and personal balance.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, well-being, and kindness. I believe in taking care of the people who matter most, maintaining balance and prioritizing overall well-being, and treating others with genuine compassion and respect. I also believe in giving people their flowers while they are still here, recognizing and appreciating their contributions, kindness, and presence rather than waiting for a later time to express gratitude.
