Ten minutes with Julie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being stubborn and having a strong work ethic. I don't feel like failure is an option, and even if you do fail, there's a lesson learned. You don't ask, the answer is always no.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Your voice matters. You might be the only female in the room. If you see something, say something. You can fake it till you make it to build confidence.
