Julie Toy serves as a Business Development Officer in the behavioral health industry, where she has worked for 7 years. She was recruited to her current role at an outpatient facility, where she has spent the past 3 years facilitating access to treatment for those in need. With an accounting background, Julie brings a strong business mindset to her position and aspires to oversee a team of business development professionals or move into utilization review. She is deeply involved in the 12-step fellowship, having volunteered for 7 years to guide other women through the recovery process.
