Julie Toy serves as a Business Development Officer in the behavioral health industry, where she has worked for 7 years. Her career began after personal experience with addiction and recovery, leading her to start in a call center and then as an alumni coordinator at the treatment facility where she achieved sobriety. She was recruited to her current role at an outpatient facility, where she has spent the past 3 years facilitating access to treatment for those in need. With an accounting background, Julie brings a strong business mindset to her position and aspires to oversee a team of business development professionals or move into utilization review. She is deeply involved in the 12-step fellowship, having volunteered for 7 years to guide other women through the recovery process. Julie attributes her success to carrying herself with integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and reliability as a humble servant, finding fulfillment in witnessing others achieve freedom in their recovery journeys.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to integrity and being a humble servant. I carry myself with integrity, being very honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I don't have expectations to receive; the best gift is seeing the light turn on in somebody else's life and watching them walk in freedom.
