In her role, she oversees marketing campaigns, including website enhancements, LinkedIn outreach, and social media strategies designed to showcase the company’s portfolio of innovative medical devices and solutions focused on improving patient care. As a key contributor to the growth of Honor Code Medical, Juliet has helped establish the organization as a trusted distributor, partnering with more than 50 manufacturers to provide access to over 400 medical devices, capital equipment, and healthcare products, while supporting expansion into pharmaceuticals and durable medical equipment.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family, who inspire and motivate me every day. Their support, encouragement, and the memories of those I have lost continue to guide me and remain at the forefront of my personal and professional journey. They remind me of the importance of perseverance, purpose, and making a meaningful impact. I believe in maintaining a mindset of continuous growth, always striving to learn, improve, and evolve in every area of my life while bringing dedication, passion, and resilience to everything I do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is that the greatest investment I can make is in myself. Believing in my abilities, building confidence, and remaining committed to continuous learning and personal growth have been essential throughout my career. I believe that if I do not have an answer, it is important to seek it out, stay curious, and embrace every opportunity to learn. At the same time, maintaining humility and being open to the perspectives of others allows me to continue growing while building meaningful relationships and achieving long-term success.

My advice to young women entering the healthcare industry is to stay true to what you are passionate about and allow that passion to guide your career decisions. Whether you are building your own company or pursuing opportunities in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical innovation, it is important to identify what truly motivates you and remain committed to that purpose. Success is built over time, so focus on playing the long game by developing authentic relationships, earning trust, and creating meaningful partnerships with healthcare providers and industry leaders. By leading with integrity, dedication, and a patient-focused mindset, you can create lasting impact and build a successful career.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in healthcare today is ensuring that patients continue to receive the care and innovative solutions they need while navigating increasing complexities around reimbursement. Many physicians are facing uncertainty about coverage and payment, which can create hesitation in adopting new treatments, technologies, and products that could benefit patients. At the same time, this challenge presents an opportunity for industry leaders to work collaboratively with healthcare providers, manufacturers, and stakeholders to create solutions that improve access, support physicians, and keep patient outcomes at the center of healthcare decisions.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, respect, kindness, empathy, and integrity. I believe in treating every person with compassion and maintaining the highest level of honor in every interaction.
