Her Interview

Ten minutes with Juliet

01What do you attribute your success to?

My dedication and drive in whatever I immerse myself in. I always give a thousand percent effort. I'm a strategic thinker who leads with empathy and values inclusiveness, collaboration, and open communication. I've been incredibly lucky to have supportive parents who always encouraged me to pursue my dreams, along with amazing teachers and mentors who believed in me, helping shape who I am today.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do everything with enthusiasm! People remember your energy just as much as your work.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Figure out the three things people naturally come to you for, whether it’s advice, making a piece of pottery, or teaching them how to ski down a mountain.. Those strengths usually point you toward work you'll not only be good at but genuinely enjoy. Finding a career that becomes part a lifestyle you want to live is key, so you can wake up excited about what you do every day. Life is too short not to enjoy the work you're doing. Have fun!

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

An ongoing opportunity in our field is learning how to adapt and evolve with technology, especially AI. I think there’s a lot of potential to use AI as a tool to make teams more efficient, streamline processes, and give people more time to focus on creative, meaningful work. At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is making sure we don’t lose the human side of our industry. We're constantly defining the balance of how AI can be integrated as a tool to help workers enhance work rather than replace the people behind the thinking.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Collaboration, inclusion, empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. People do their best work when they feel heard, respected, and having fun!
