Juliet Uadiale is a driven and curious problem solver with extensive experience across strategy, business transformation, and project management. Currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at The University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business), Juliet is a Forte Fellow and a business professional dedicated to delivering data-driven solutions and meaningful impact. Her career spans roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Program Manager, and Consultant, where she has consistently leveraged analytics, operational planning, and strategic insight to optimize business outcomes across industries.
At Orbitallens LTD, Juliet serves as Program & Strategy Lead, overseeing go-to-market strategies, operational planning, and program management initiatives. She previously contributed as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Smile Communications Nigeria Limited, generating significant revenue and improving operational efficiency through market analysis, forecasting models, and actionable insights. Her experience also includes consulting with Boston Consulting Group and managing operations projects for healthcare and technology organizations, demonstrating her versatility and capacity to tackle complex challenges.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Juliet is passionate about personal growth and creative exploration. She enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, following and playing soccer, playing the piano, sewing and designing, and reading. A devoted movie fan with a love for fantasy, Juliet combines her analytical rigor with creativity and curiosity, bringing a unique perspective to every project and interaction.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be open to feedback. Listening actively and embracing constructive input has allowed me to grow, improve, and adapt in ways I never could on my own.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is that nothing is impossible if you believe in yourself. Be tenacious, stay focused, and commit fully to your goals—your determination and mindset can open doors you never thought possible.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is balancing the role of a servant leader while effectively managing teams to achieve company goals. It requires fostering trust and collaboration, while guiding performance and driving results.

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are empathy, hard work, integrity, and a commitment to paying it forward. I strive to lead and live in a way that uplifts others while staying true to these principles.
