July Liz

July Liz serves as Business Development Manager at Elevated Lending CDC. In this role she assists small business owners throughout New Mexico and the El Paso, Texas region with SBA 504 loans that provide fixed interest rates for 25 years and reduced down payment requirements compared with traditional bank financing. She has spent more than two years in the lending sector while bringing 15 years of experience in business development and sales. Prior to her current position, July Liz managed large commercial construction projects for the government, covering territories across the United States and the Pacific. She is also the owner of Aveda Wellness, an online fitness and nutrition coaching company she has operated for over a year, where she designs personalized diet and exercise programs and provides weekly check-ins to help clients, especially women, reach their health goals and regain confidence.
