Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the guidance and mentorship of Jesus and Joan Myers, who have been instrumental in shaping my personal and professional growth.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to choose a path that is truly fulfilling and aligns with their passions. Following what genuinely excites and motivates you will not only sustain your drive but also lead to greater personal and professional satisfaction.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values to me in my work and personal life center on purpose, faith, and family. Early in my legal career, I devoted 60–80 hours a week to my practice, which led to a separation from my family. Over time, God guided me toward a different path, helping me rediscover balance and bringing me closer to my son and grandchildren. This journey inspired me to find a new purpose in ministry, where I now focus on transforming lives through my work at a Bible school and serving in an Assemblies of God Free Church in Jacksonville.

Mentorship has also been vital in shaping my approach, particularly the guidance of Jesus and Joan Myers—the latter being a partner in the UK whose influence has been instrumental in my ministry. I embrace a philosophy of building up others while stepping back from leadership, dedicating myself to intercessory prayer for family, friends, and those in need. These experiences have reinforced that the core of my values lies in faith, service, and fostering meaningful connections.
