01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is to not wait until you feel completely ready. You know, allow yourself to stretch, because then you can really grow and get into a role. I have learned that that is absolutely true, and I think that we sometimes underestimate some of our experience or insights. Going through an exercise of updating your resume and listing a bunch of things, you know, keeping track of what you've actually done, you can step back and say, I have a lot, you know, I can offer here, and go ahead and lean into it.
