Her Interview
Ten minutes with Justina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to adaptability, my ability to build meaningful relationships, and my willingness to truly bet on myself. Throughout my career, I have navigated several industries, including pharmaceutical sales, enterprise technology, and real estate. Each transition has taught me to remain flexible, recognize opportunities, and stay optimistic regardless of the current climate. I believe that being willing to learn, build strong relationships, and step confidently into new opportunities has been instrumental to my success.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is not to wait until every detail is perfect. I believe in preparing myself, building the right relationships, and trusting that the skills I develop can travel with me wherever my career takes me. My own career has reinforced the importance of recognizing that experience and skills are transferable, even when moving into an entirely different industry.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I believe that if you have a vision, a dream, and a goal, you should go all in. I often remind myself and others that God does not call the qualified; He qualifies the called. Build the right relationships, give your goals your full effort, and do not allow uncertainty to prevent you from pursuing what you believe you are called to do. With commitment, intentionality, and the willingness to take the leap, the possibilities are limitless.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The real estate market is challenging because high interest rates have contributed to limited buying and selling activity. At the same time, I see significant opportunities to build genuine connections and help clients better understand the realities of the market. Technology, including AI, can also help real estate professionals work more effectively and provide better information. However, I believe technology should complement rather than replace the human element. There is still tremendous value in providing personalized, human-to-human support and serving as a trusted advisor.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, excellence in service, and intentionality are the values that are most important to me. I strive to approach both my professional and personal life with honesty and purpose while maintaining a high standard of service. For me, success is not simply about achieving results; it is also about how I build relationships, serve others, and conduct myself along the way.
