Her Interview

Ten minutes with Justine

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my passion for problem-solving, my willingness to continuously learn, and the strong foundation I developed through early business education and collegiate athletics. My experience as a team captain taught me valuable leadership skills, while the relationships and professional network I have built throughout my career have created opportunities for growth and success.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received came from my mother, who taught me that the relationships and connections you build throughout your career can open doors to new opportunities. Investing in your professional network and maintaining meaningful relationships can have a lasting impact on your personal and professional growth.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women to continue learning, embrace challenges, and build strong professional relationships throughout their careers. Be confident in your abilities, develop your leadership skills, and don't be afraid to pursue opportunities that allow you to grow. The connections you make and the knowledge you gain will help create new opportunities throughout your career.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest opportunities in digital marketing is the increasing demand for businesses to establish and strengthen their online presence. Organizations across every industry need strategic digital marketing, automation, search visibility, and meaningful content to attract and nurture customers. Building credibility through visibility, thought leadership, and third-party validation continues to create significant opportunities for long-term business growth.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me are leadership, community, collaboration, and creating opportunities for others. I believe in building meaningful relationships, helping others succeed, solving problems creatively, and using my skills to positively impact both my clients and the young athletes I have the privilege to coach.
