Her Interview

Ten minutes with Justine

01What do you attribute your success to?

My need to learn more and wanting to do more. I like kind of just keep digging to learn everything about something at all times. My passion for learning is probably why I'm still in school again. We have a saying at my job that learning is continuous.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

To never be afraid to ask for feedback. Whether it's hard to hear, that's okay, because that's what truly makes us better. When I was first starting out my career, I had imposter syndrome and didn't want to ask questions, but now I realize it's normal and feedback helps make things better.
