Kacey Hebert
Kacey Hebert is the Director of Global Partnerships at Clauger Group, an international leader in process air treatment and industrial refrigeration, where she drives global strategy, partnership development, and business growth across international markets. Her career path is one of intentional evolution — moving from educator to marketer to global business partner, building something distinctive at each stage.
She began at Clauger as U.S. Marketing Manager, working directly with the CEO to shape and expand the company's American market presence during a pivotal period of strategic growth. She went on to hold roles spanning international marketing, sales, and product development across multiple global subsidiaries before advancing into her current position. Today, she supports a global ecosystem of partnerships across Clauger Group’s internal and external stakeholders — aligning marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives with Clauger's long-term objectives while building the cross-regional relationships that make sustained growth possible.
One of her most significant contributions was supporting a year-long marketing and cultural integration initiative following a major acquisition involving approximately 300 employees across Spain and Italy, successfully preserving team stability, protecting key relationships, and ensuring operational continuity throughout the transition.
Bilingual in English and French, Kacey holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Master of Education from Centenary College of Louisiana. Her background in education and time spent living and teaching in France inform the cultural sensitivity and communication clarity she brings to every professional engagement. She is passionate about building meaningful cross-cultural relationships and expanding international impact — both for Clauger and the partners and communities she serves.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received came from my CEO and a senior colleague in the French market, both of whom have been influential mentors throughout my career. Their guidance has helped me navigate international leadership dynamics, strengthen my strategic decision-making, and grow into more executive-level responsibilities. I have learned the importance of thinking long-term, building strong relationships across cultures and business functions, and always approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Their mentorship has been instrumental in helping me expand my confidence, broaden my perspective, and continuously push myself to grow both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is simple: don't disqualify yourself before the opportunity does. I came into this industry as a former teacher who had spent time in France teaching elementary school. I had never heard of industrial refrigeration before my interview. But I had French, I had an MBA, and I had spent years learning how to communicate across cultures and connect with people. It turned out those were exactly the skills the role needed. Every position I've held, from classroom teacher to marketing manager to director, has built directly on the one before it. The path was not linear, but looking back, it was never random. Each experience gave me something — a skill, a relationship, a perspective — that I carried into the next chapter. In an industry where women are still underrepresented, it can be easy to question whether you belong. My experience has been that the willingness to show up, learn fast, and bring something genuinely different to the table matters far more than fitting a mold. Don't wait until you feel ready. The readiness comes from doing it.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The most significant shift I'm watching right now is the role of AI in how companies expand, communicate, and build relationships across markets. I've been fortunate to work closely with Clauger's CEO, who has been a strong advocate for AI adoption from its earliest stages, giving me hands-on experience with these tools well before they became mainstream. The opportunity is significant. AI allows international teams to move faster, synthesize complex market intelligence, and operate at a scale that wasn't possible before. But in global partnerships, trust is the currency, and relationships are built through presence, cultural fluency, and genuine human engagement that no tool can replicate. The challenge is keeping up with the rapid pace of change while remembering that technology should enhance, not replace, the human connections that drive real business impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Kacey values growth, collaboration, integrity, and global perspective. She believes in staying agile in rapidly evolving industries while preserving authentic human connection in leadership. Personally and professionally, she prioritizes resilience, cultural respect, and continuous self-improvement.
