Kaci Ervin

I am an educator and school counselor with over a decade of experience in public education, dedicated to supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students. I currently serve as a School Counselor at Lawton Public Schools, a role I have held since July 2021, where I work directly with students to help them navigate academic challenges, personal growth, and career readiness. I provide individual and group counseling, collaborate with teachers and families, and implement programs that promote student well-being and success.

Prior to becoming a school counselor, I served as a Teacher at Lawton Public Schools for nearly seven years, from August 2014 to May 2021, where I developed my foundation in classroom instruction, lesson planning, and educational technology, building strong relationships with students and creating engaging learning environments.

Across my career in education, my work has been driven by a deep commitment to helping students reach their full potential. Whether I am in the classroom or the counseling office, I believe in meeting students where they are, supporting their unique needs, and empowering them to build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in school and in life. I am proud to serve the Lawton community and to be part of a profession that makes a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
