About Kadie
Kadie Christian serves as store leader at Untuck It, a men's clothing retailer, where she has worked for three days after a decade at White House Black Market in the Saint Louis Galleria Mall. With almost 20 years in retail and 15 years in management, she thrives on leadership and helping her team advance, having promoted at least four individuals to bigger roles in the past two years. Kadie attended college without graduating and trained as an esthetician earlier in life. She values integrity, respect, and a vibrant spirit in both her professional and personal life, and she advises young women entering retail to remain unique, authentic, true to themselves, open-minded, and eager to learn from others. Her goal is to grow into a district manager position with a high-end retailer.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go in with being unique, and authentic, and true to yourself, and have an open mind, and be ready to learn from anybody and everybody around you.
